Cronometer: Provides an easy online platform to track daily calories, exercise logs, biometrics, and nutritional details (mobile apps also available!)
Paleo Plan: Provides you with a diet framework to plan out Paleo meals, along with recipes, shopping lists, and even exercise and fitness routines. You can receive weekly Paleo-based meal plans to your email inbox!
